Shipping charges
We offer free standard shipping on orders of ₹999 and above, anywhere in India.

Dispatch & delivery
Usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your pincode and courier. Any dispatch or delivery date we show is an estimate, not a promise or a guarantee.
Delays & things outside our control
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is in the courier's hands. Luv Kush Natural is not responsible for a delay, or for damage, loss or non-delivery that happens in transit or for a reason outside our control. This includes:
- courier or logistics partner delays, strikes, or hub and route disruptions
- weather, floods, natural disasters, road or rail closures
- festivals, public holidays and peak-season volumes
- government orders, lockdowns, curfews and local restrictions
- a pincode the courier cannot serve, or an incomplete or incorrect address
- you or the recipient being unreachable, or refusing the parcel
We will always try our best to help. If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, write to us on the contact page and we will do what we reasonably can, such as following up with the courier. Whether we can offer any further remedy is decided by Luv Kush Natural alone, case by case, and is not a right you can claim. This does not take away any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
When your parcel arrives
Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before you accept the parcel. If it looks opened, torn or wet, tell the delivery person at the door, and record a short unboxing video as you open it. A damage report without that evidence is much harder for us to follow up with the courier.
Never share a delivery OTP before you hold the parcel. Give the OTP to the delivery person only after you have physically received your parcel in your hands. Do not read it out over a call, and do not send it by message, to anyone who says they are delivering, however urgent they sound. If you share an OTP before receiving the parcel, the courier may mark it as delivered, and Luv Kush Natural cannot be held responsible for the loss.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to reschedule. Reshipping charges may apply, and whether to reship at all is up to Luv Kush Natural.
