Our hair and beauty products are cosmetic products, and they are not medicines. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results depend on your hair, skin, health, routine and how regularly and correctly you use the product, so they differ from person to person, and we do not promise or guarantee any particular result or timeframe.

Natural ingredients can still cause an allergic or sensitive reaction. Read the label and ingredient list before use, patch-test on a small area first, and stop using the product if you notice irritation. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a skin or scalp condition, or have a known allergy, please ask your doctor before use. We are not liable for a reaction caused by an ingredient listed on the label, or by use that does not follow the directions.

Photographs, shades, textures and colours on the website are for illustration. The actual product may vary slightly in colour, shade, packaging and appearance, and natural products and hair-based items naturally vary from batch to batch.

The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price or description because of a typing, system or similar error, we may cancel the order and return any amount you have paid for it, or ask whether you still want it at the correct price. An offer is valid only for its stated period and conditions, and we may withdraw it at any time.

Delivery is carried out by independent courier partners, and any dispatch or delivery date we show is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for a delay, or for damage, loss or non-delivery that happens in transit or for a reason outside our control, but we will always try our best to help. Whether to give a refund, replacement or exchange, and in what form, is decided by Luv Kush Natural alone, and an advance payment is non-refundable. We are bound only by what is written on this website, in our policies and in the confirmation of your order. We do not offer, and are not bound by, any promise, guarantee, discount, service or benefit that is not stated there. A statement made by phone, WhatsApp, in a chat or on social media, or by anyone who is not authorised in writing, does not change these terms. These terms and our policies are the whole agreement between you and Luv Kush Natural for the use of this website and your orders.

When you create an account you confirm, by ticking the box on the sign-up page, that you have read and accept these terms and our policies. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe. We may suspend or close an account, or cancel an order, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, the details given are false, or the account is being misused.

Pay only through this website or to Luv Kush Natural's official account, and talk to us only on our official email and phone number shown on the contact page. We are not responsible for any money you pay to, or any information you share with, anyone else who claims to be us. Please read the safety notice in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, to the extent the law allows. Before any dispute goes further, please write to us on the contact page and give us a fair chance to resolve it.

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies, and an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not mean we give it up.
